THE ARTIST
Sara Soup is a Lebanese-Seychellian artist whose work includes painting, installation, and textile.

She studied at the Institut des Beaux-Arts at the Lebanese University where she completed a Master’s dissertation on the work of Vija Celmins and the representation of objects in contemporary art with reference to the phenomenology of Martin Heidegger.

Sara’s paintings and installations explore the place that objects occupy in our lives and capture how they develop a life of their own. Sara’s work had been exhibited and noted in the media and featured in the collections of several galleries.
